Keep up the creative momentum over the summer!

I will be at the studio on Tuesday July 12 and August 16, from 12-9pm. Come and play, work, make, paint, build, write - etc.- for any amount of time. Bring a current project to work on, or an idea you want to bring to life, or something that has hit a roadblock. Supportive camaraderie and focused coaching will help you find your creative zone.

Bring lunch/dinner/snacks, and materials you may need (the studio also has a wide range of play and artmaking materials you can use).

New to Turtle Studios? Want to try it out for a few hours? This is your chance!

The 8 week Tuesday daytime and evening workshop series will resume in the fall.

• No charge for TS Affiliates

• $25/day for non-TS Affiliates)

Participants may bring materials from home (please, no oil paints) and work already in progress, or start fresh by playing with studio materials, following ones fascinations, and writing - all ways to spark interest and connect to deep meaning. I offer individual coaching during each session - active listening to clarify and deepen your creative path - and technical assistance as desired to develop your work.

All participants must be vaccinated, and if necessary willing to mask up while moving about the studio. The space is large and we will maintain distance and safety - while encouraging creative intimacy and risk-taking!

BYO lunch, dinner, snacks - there is a fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, mugs, plates and silverware for your use.

I am an artist and Expressive Therapist recently retired from clinical work to spend as much time in the studio as I can. Daily writing, walks, and meditation keep me connected. My first visit to Turtle Studios was in 1992. The time I spent in weekly groups and workshops learning from Kate (Ransohoff, TS founder) and from everyone in the studio is a big part of my creative foundation.
