FRIDAY FLOW is a weekly, 2-hour meetup to pause, breathe and connect with your creative core amid the company of others on the creative journey. Have your preferred materials on hand… all media and experience levels welcome! 

We start with an idea prompt accompanied by a brief reading, stretching exercise or guided imagery, then create to music. Optional check-in at the end. We encourage active listening and only offer suggestions when requested by the maker. The intention of this workshop is to help build each other up and keep our collective creativity flowing.

Instructor Sheri Kennedy is a visual artist and graphic facilitator. Owner, Fusionary Thinking and Co-Founder, Applied Visual Thinking.

TIME: Fridays 10 am to noon EST; optional check-in at 11:30
