FRIDAY FLOW is a weekly, 1.5-hour meetup to pause, breathe and connect with your creative core amid the company of others on the creative journey. Have your preferred materials on hand… all media and experience levels welcome! We start with an idea prompt accompanied by a brief reading, stretching exercise or guided imagery, then create to music. Optional time for checking in at the end. We encourage active listening and only offer suggestions when requested by the maker. The intention of this workshop is to help build each other up and keep our collective creativity flowing.

TIME: Fridays 10 am to 11:30 am EST; optional check-in 11:30-noon

COST: Free to Turtle Studios members (all contributions to the Virtual Tip Jar welcome). See below for payment options. Non-member rates $15/class suggested; 4 classes $50; 12 classes $150.
