This is a weekly, 1.5-hour meetup to slow down and connect with your creative core. You will be pleasantly surprised at how much easier it is to slip into the current of mindful making when working in the same virtual space as others. Gather a few materials to have on hand – paper and pencil, pen, markers, watercolors, a musical instrument, writing journal, tablet, or whatever might inspire you… all media and experience levels welcome! #fridayflowart

We will start with a brief reading, stretching exercise or guided imagery and a prompt, then create to music. Attendees will have an opportunity to share, either in Chat or verbally. Please be prepared to offer your thoughts in “I” statements, such as, “When I think about that question, I feel...” or “In my experience,...” The intention of this workshop is to help build each other up and keep our collective creativity flowing. Optional time for checking in about art, life or whatever 11:30-noon.
