Description: This Life Drawing program exercises your hand, arm, eye coordination. We start with a series of two-minute poses, proceed to five-, 10-, 15-, and 20-minute poses. Participants are invited to make suggestions as two length of pose, the pose itself. If it meets with the group’s acceptance, we adapt ourselves accordingly.

A 7 week workshop for those looking to create works with meaning in the supportive atmosphere of community. To inspire the imagination, the use of “Play” using a variety of materials is used as process. Individual coaching is available if needed. *To augment the coached 7 week series, 10 or 6 weeks will be added at a reduced rate.
Come to the studio for 1 or 2 days (Saturday and Sunday) and get back to basics: see, move, write, make, play, eat, breathe, listen, share, rest, feel…. Let’s simplify in order to remember and revel in what’s essential in our art making and in our lives.
Next Workshop – March 24, 2018

By working a stitch in different threads, changing its scale and spacing, working carefully, freely, combining stitches to make new ones or alternating the angle of the needle entering the fabric to vary the stitch, fascinating textures and patterns can be achieved Then this workshop is for you.
